Thanks for the feedback! On the homepage of the website, and every product page thereafter, we have our current TAT kept updated and it's currently at 2-3 business days. And, goodness, do we wish we worked for the shipping carriers so we could personally assure that the transit time was what they offer it to be! Unfortunately, UPS Ground isn't a guaranteed 2-3 day transit. Glad you received your product!
Very good quality. Very easy to work with and apply to hats. This was our first hat making adventure and it went very well. Will definitely be buying more.
I ordered a couple pieces of the second run Leather for some practice sheets. 1 piece had a cut on the side that lost about a square inch and the other had a puncture that lost about 1/2 inch. The rest of the sheets were great. I'll be ordering these from now on.

I have used many different brands of leatherette and patches over the last few years and this is by far the best. The material is superior and my patches look great. The adhesive is also fantastic. No edges lifting and adheres to hats perfectly.
