This is the newly improved molded cover pad that was designed to fit Richardson 112 hats like a glove.

This PlatenPad is deigned to fit on our original Branding Iron Dual Platen Hat Press and has also been designed to fit as an aftermarket upgrade for IQ360 hat presses! Our new Branding Iron Edition 112 Hat Press ships with this PlatenPad as the default.

This style works best for Richardson 112 hats and a variety of other popular brand which mimic the 112 shape. Reference the graphic below:

NOTE: A 5% fee will be assessed for cancellation of pre-order items

• Order are currently processing in 2-3 business days, or less.

• USPS is no longer an option at checkout. We only ship UPS or DHL due to the current delays and tracking issues which have been occuring lately with USPS. Please contact us if you MUST have your package shipped USPS and are willing to accept the risk and responsbility of that shipping method.

• Custom patch orders and orders placed with others in the Maker Round-up require additional time for production. Shipping charges will apply to the items shipping from another producer.

• DTF Gang Sheet orders ship separately from other items and require additional time for printing.

• Custom items and DTF prints are not eligible for return.

No creases

These pads make pressing trucker hats so much easier. No more creasing! A great purchase until i buy the Branding Iron.

Works great

Using it on my hotronix. Works great and secures the hat’s for the perfect press. Saves a lot of time.

Game CHANGER

So I had been struggling with getting creases in my hats but ordered this and WOW what a game changer. If you are mainly working with 112s then definitely worth getting this planter pad, I’ve yet to buy a LoneStar product that I did not love!!!

This thing Rocks!!!

This works amazingly well. I do a lot of Richardson and similar style hats and this has been a total game changer. The hats come out perfectly and I don't have to fuss around with making sure the hat fits right...The hats sit right on this platen cover and there is no loose space underneath. No more creases in hats and tons of time saved because I'm not messing around trying to get the hat to sit perfectly.
