Each patch is backed with Lonestar Adhesive and is designed for permanent application to compatible headwear using a hat heat press. No sewing is required.

Hat Patch Pressing Instructions

PLEASE READ: Every hat press heats and applies pressure differently. The temperatures and times below are recommended starting points. Adjustments may be necessary depending on your press, hat style, and material.

Single-Platen Hat Press

• Preheat the hat for 20–30 seconds
• Temperature: 300°F
• Press Time: 40 seconds
• Use firm, even pressure

Dual-Platen Hat Press

• Preheat the hat for 20–30 seconds
• Top Platen: 280°F
• Bottom Platen: 320°F
• Press Time: 40 seconds
• Use firm, even pressure

For best results, make sure the patch has even contact with the hat during the entire pressing cycle.

Available leatherette colors include: Rawhide, Walnut, Saddle, Black, White, Buckskin, Walnut, Olive and Denim.
