Our Stackem Up Outfitters UV Printed Hat Patch features a distressed Hog hunting design with rugged Texas-inspired styling. A great choice for hunting, outdoor and western-style custom hats.

Our full-color UV printed leatherette hat patches are a durable, professional option for customizing trucker hats, snapbacks, baseball caps, and other headwear. UV printing produces sharp details, vibrant colors, and a premium finished look that makes these patches ideal for businesses, brands, teams, organizations, and custom hat makers.

Each patch is backed with Lonestar Adhesive and is designed for permanent application to compatible headwear using a hat heat press. No sewing is required.

Hat Patch Pressing Instructions

PLEASE READ: Every hat press heats and applies pressure differently. The temperatures and times below are recommended starting points. Adjustments may be necessary depending on your press, hat style, and material.

Single-Platen Hat Press

• Preheat the hat for 20–30 seconds
• Temperature: 300°F
• Press Time: 40 seconds
• Use firm, even pressure

Dual-Platen Hat Press

• Preheat the hat for 20–30 seconds
• Top Platen: 280°F
• Bottom Platen: 320°F
• Press Time: 40 seconds
• Use firm, even pressure

For best results, make sure the patch has even contact with the hat during the entire pressing cycle.

Production & Processing Time

Our UV printed leatherette patches are typically produced within 2–3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Because heat presses, hat materials, and pressure settings vary, we recommend testing your settings when working with a new hat style or press.
