To preserve the quality and performance of your stainless steel tumbler, we recommend hand washing only unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Most stainless steel tumblers are not designed to withstand the extreme heat, high water pressure, and harsh detergents used in dishwashers. Making tumblers dishwasher-safe requires a specialized manufacturing process that significantly increases production costs. To keep our products affordable without compromising quality, we choose not to use this process.

Dishwasher use may damage the tumbler’s exterior finish and compromise the vacuum insulation, reducing its ability to maintain hot or cold temperatures.

For best results, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Do not microwave
  • Avoid soaking for extended periods
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
