These patches are custom engraved using our industrial grade 80W CO2 laser to provide you with cleanly engraved and extremely detailed patches. These patches are great for for hats, backpacks and anything you can imagine. Our patches are a maximum of 2.75" wide or tall, whichever is greatest depending on your design. As part of this purchase we will take your design (RGB Black is engrave, with outline for cut) and process the order for 40 patches all one one color leather that you choose. Upon purchase you will need to send the high res image you would like to have engraved along with the size specifications you prefer, any other sizes over the standard six square inches contact us directly. Your image should be high resolution, preferably in a vector file format (SVG, AI, etc) which allows us to easily convert it to a cut file. If your file is not considered high res or needs significant work there may be an additional charge of $15 to adjust your artwork.
Bulk pricing: $89.95 includes one sheet of processed material up to 40 patches with a default overall max patch size limit of 6 square inches. For example: 2" x 3", but can be stretched beyond this if needed, but please reach out prior to ordering for coordinating that effort. The number of patches are limited to 40, or what a sheet of leatherette can fit based on your design specs, whichever is greater. If the size of patches doesn't allow 40 patches to a sheet this will be communicated prior to processing. Order Includes processing of 1 image/patch design. If you want multiple designs you will need to purchase multiple sets of this listing.
We only use Lonestar Adhesive leatherette as their product is thicker, more durable, and has a stronger adhesive than anyone else on the market.
Leatherette is a vegan leather with heat activated adhesive already on the back.
Application instructions:
Preheat hat in hat press for 30 seconds at 325F with thin silicone sheet between the hat and platen
While heating hat, heat the back of the patch with a heat gun on low for 15 to 30 seconds until you see the adhesive change (reflective, more tacky) (note: it's a heat gun not a blow drier)
When preheating the hat is over remove the hat press heater and silicone pad from the hat and apply the patch to the hat in desired location, careful it's hot.
Press again for 30 seconds with light to medium pressure with a silicone pad on top of the patch and hat. Check edges of the patch and make sure it stuck, if not adhered on the edges, repress the hat until you get desired results.

Non transparent pixels will be printed with white background. Be sure to check your artwork prior to submission
