Custom UV Printed 40 Leather Patches - Wholesale Package

These patches are custom printed using our UV printer to give a vibrant and unique image on the leather which is then laser cut precisely around the image and are great for hats, backpacks and anything you can imagine. Our patches are a maximum of 2.75" wide or tall, whichever is greatest depending on your design. Typically we recommend about an 1/8" contour of leather to show around it like the images shown. Upon purchase you will need to send the high res image you would like to have printed along with the size specifications you prefer, any other sizes over the standard 2.75" contact us directly. Your image should be high resolution, preferably in a vector file format (SVG, AI, etc) which allows us to easily convert it to a cut file. If your file is not considered high res or needs significant work there may be an additional charge of $15 to adjust your artwork.  

Bulk pricing:
$119.95/$139.95 includes one sheet of processed material including up to 40 patches with a default overall max patch size of 2.75" tall or wide, but can be stretched to 3" upon customer request. The number of patches are limited to 40, or what a sheet of leatherette can fit, whichever is greater.

If the size of patches doesn't allow 40 patches to a sheet this will be communicated prior to processing. Order Includes processing of 1 images/patch design. If you want multiple designs you will need to purchase multiple sets of this listing. 

We only use Lonestar Adhesive leatherette as their product is thicker, more durable, and has a stronger adhesive than anyone else on the market.

Leatherette is a vegan leather with heat activated adhesive already on the back.

Application instructions:

1. Preheat hat in hat press for 30 seconds at 315F with thin silicone sheet between the hat and platen
2. While heating hat, heat the back of the patch with a heat gun on low for 15 to 30 seconds until you see the adhesive change (reflective, more tacky) (note: it's a heat gun not a blow drier)
3. When 30 seconds is over remove the hat press heater and silicone pad from the hat and apply the patch to the hat in desired location, careful it's hot. 
4. Press again for 30 seconds with light to medium pressure with a silicone pad on top of the patch and hat. Check edges of the patch and make sure it stuck, if not adhered on the edges, repress the hat until you get desired results.

• After purchase we will contact you to discuss your artwork and patch size requirements.
• Typically we do an 1/8" contour exposing the leather underneath creating a patch 1/4" larger than your design. If you prefer something different reach out and and discuss.
• Default overall patch size is 2.75" tall or wide, but can be stretched to 3" upon customer request.
• Vector files are best but we can work with high resolution bitmaps as well.
• Hats are not included
