I am enjoying the product it cuts and engraves well. I am just learning so I'm not too sure one adhesive from another. I understand everyone makes mistakes every now and then. They failed to apply adhesive to my order, Not an issue there...I guess I just expected an apology at minimum for the error that was made. I didn't receive an apology much less any type of compensation for my inconvenience or trouble. It was like I was putting them out asking for them to correct my order. They were more worried about who made their mistake rather than ensuring I was satisfied. This makes me question their customer service.
These sheets are amazing! The quality is great and the color is perfect; Very versatile!
