Watch the YouTube tutorial below to learn more about pressing the acrylic!
Order of colors:
White (will have clear, removable film on it to prevent scratching), Blue, Red
Heat Press Settings:
IQ setting: Top 280°F / Bottom 320°F for 45 seconds
Single Platen: 300°F for 50 seconds.
Panel size:
Each panel is1/16" or 1.5mm thick (minor, slight variations are normal), and APPROXIMATELY 12" x 24" (or slightly longer). The adhesive sheets are precision cut to exactly 12" x 24" and squared up with one corner of the panel, so there may be some acrylic not backed with adhesive along one or two edges.
Each (12" x 24") panel will effortlessly fit 36 (2.5" x 2.5") patches.
Tips: Remove the clear protective film on the FRONT of the acrylic panel before engraving. Yes, the adhesive will be bubbly on the back of the panel, as acrylic is nonporous and the functionality of the adhesive will not be affected. Clean the surface of the acrylic with soapy water and towel, or a gentle baby wipe, after engraving.

If using a diode laser (I was using a 20w) this stuff can be a pain to work with. I think it would work better if the layers were in a different order. They need to be Red/blue/white. You can get a good end result if you are very patient. I had to run several passes at very low powe to not eat through the blue while trying to get through the white.
Here’s a review you can use:

I recently tried out the tri-layered acrylic in white, blue, and red, and I must say, the overall concept and final look are fantastic when it turns out as expected. The layers come together beautifully, creating a vibrant and striking effect. The colors are bold, and the acrylic gives off a sleek, professional appearance once it’s processed.
However, for optimal results with diode lasers, I would recommend adjusting the color order to red, blue, and white. The current color sequence doesn’t seem to work as well with the diode laser settings, which can make it a bit tricky to achieve the best finish.
Overall, it’s a solid product, but I would love to see the color layers tweaked for better compatibility with laser systems.

Highly recommend this product, all the product I have gotten for LSA is incredible.
Took a couple of test runs. But really like the color variation in the acrylic.
