Bulk Pricing Custom UV Printed Hat Patches

We offer custom UV printed patches with the logo/design of your choice. Max width with cut line is 3.3" wide and 2.5" tall - whichever dimension meets that max. Upload your file - vector or png format only - 300 dpi is required. Please leave any special instructions in the notes section on listing. By default, we print on heritage bright white leatherette. If a different color is wanted, please enter in the notes. If additional information is needed, we will contact you. PLEASE INCLUDE EMAIL ADDRESS WITH ORDER. Custom patch packages start at 10 min qty. Contact us if fewer are needed. If image is uploaded without border, die cut with blank edge will be the shape of the patch.

Our UV printed patches are perfect for customizing your hats. All patches are backed with LoneStar Adhesive and are made to adhere to your hat using a hat press.
