UV Printed Patches

We use highly accurate camera system to read registration marks to ensure the cut is exactly where it needs to be. By using pre-printed UV patches, you don't need to press the patch twice like a DTF patch or worry about placement or shifting of the print. 

• We have a minimum order of 40 patches and sizes can vary according to your specs.
• After purchase send us your artwork and size requirements.
• Typically we do an 1/8" contour exposing the leather underneath creating a patch 1/4" larger than your design. If you prefer something different reach and and discuss.
• Default overall patch size is 2.75" tall or wide, but can be stretched to 3" upon customer request.
• Vector files are best but we can work with high res bitmaps as well.
