This is the newly improved molded cover pad that was designed to fit Richardson 112 hats like a glove.
This PlatenPad is deigned to fit on our original Branding Iron Dual Platen Hat Press and has also been designed to fit as an aftermarket upgrade for IQ360 hat presses! Our new Branding Iron Edition 112 Hat Press ships with this PlatenPad as the default.
This style works best for Richardson 112 hats and a variety of other popular brand which mimic the 112 shape. Reference the graphic below:

If you do trucker hats, whether Richarson 112 or just about any other mesh back hat, you need this platen cover. This thing works perfectly for removing the dreaded press crease on a lot of the 6 and even 5 panel tucker hats on the market. I wish I would have snagged one sooner! It can be used on multiple Vevor heat presses as well as the Branding Iron for those interested.
