Recommended Heat Pressing Technique for Beanies:
Place a piece of stiff cardboard in the cuff of the beanie, and position the cuff only on the flat press set at 310°F. Allow the rest of the beanie to hang off the side, and thus, not be exposed to heat. Place your patch in the intended location, cover it with a silicone or foam pad, and press with MINIMAL pressure for 50 seconds. Remove from the press and allow to cool fully. You may use Premium Leatherette™ from LoneStar Adhesive OR no-foam leatherette for your patches.

Standard Care Instructions for Acrylic Beanies:
Acrylic does not hold sweat or moisture in its fibers, so does not need to be aggressively machine washed. Either machine wash on a gentle cycle or soak in a mild detergent for 15-30 minutes, followed by a rinse under warm or cold running water. Allow to air dry on a towel, or tumble dry on low. Excessive heat can damage the acrylic fibers over time, causing shrinking and distortion of the fit.
Notes:
-Beanies are exempt from the shipping requirements for other hats, and are able to be shipped for FREE with orders over $150.
-They are not discount eligible.
