Bulk Pricing Custom Tri-Layer Acrylic Hat Patches

We offer custom engraved tri-layer acrylic patches with the logo/design of your choice. Max width with cut line is 3.3" wide and 2.5" tall - whichever dimension meets that max. Choose your tri-layer color, upload your file - vector format only (svg, ai, eps). If additional information is needed, we will contact you. PLEASE INCLUDE EMAIL ADDRESS WITH ORDER. If image is uploaded without border, die cut with blank edge will be the shape of the patch.

Our tri-layer acrylic hat patches are perfect for customizing your hats. All patches are backed with LoneStar Adhesive and are made to adhere to your hat using a hat press.  

Pressing Instructions:

All presses are different and will have different settings – these are some basic guidelines.

Single Platen - For acrylic patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. When possible we recommend preheating the patch to get adhesive a little tacky. We suggest starting at 300°F for 40 seconds with LIGHT pressure.

Dual Platen - For acrylic patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. When possible we recommend preheating the patch to get adhesive a little tacky. The suggested settings will be 280°F on the top platen and 320°F on bottom platen for 45 seconds. Press with LIGHT pressure.
