Artwork requirements:
For best results, please send vector artwork or a black and white high-resolution PNG. If usable vector artwork is not provided, a vectorization fee may apply. Contact us if you need help getting your file ready. *If your file does not contain a cut line or obvious patch shape, the default shape is die cut around the shape of your art. Please leave a note if this is not what you desire. 

Patch sizing:
Maximum cut size per patch is 2.5” high or 3.3” wide, depending on which dimension is greater.

Material & adhesive:
These are laser engraved patches on Lonestar Adhesive leatherette and are not full color. Some leatherette colors engrave to different contrast colors, so be sure to review the available Lonestar Adhesive leatherette color options shown in the image. Please let us know which color you would like—we keep all available colors on hand. If you do not specify a color, the patches will be engraved on Heritage Rawhide.

Each patch comes with Lonestar Adhesive Durra-Bull heat-activated adhesive already applied to the back, making it ready for pressing onto hats and other compatible items. 

Bulk pricing:
Bulk pricing applies per patch design. For mixed designs, add the quantity of each design to the cart separately so the correct pricing can be applied.

Availability note:
Large quantities of some leatherette colors not in the options list may experience a small 2–4 day delay if that specific color is temporarily out of stock.
