Thickness is ~1.5mm(could vary ever so slightly) and listed dimensions are true to size.

Tip: For best results, engrave with little to no air and clean remaining char with LA Awesome(or something similar) and a brush.

Instant hit!

I ordered a fee of the UV patches. After receiving them i was amazed at how crisp the colors were. I was worried that the heat from pressing them might mess up the picture on the leatherette, i was wrong! They press just like any ither leatherette. And the color is perfect! I sold two hats with in minutes of posting the We the People hex patch!
