Jersey Tan Top-Grain Stitched Leather Patches

Discover the perfect stitched leather hat patches featuring our Jersey Tan Top-Grain leather. Backed by our Durra-Bull adhesive, these pre-stitched patches make creating beautiful leather patch hats effortless. 

These stitched patches feature a thick, premium grade nylon thread which gives them a high quality handcrafted look you won't find anywhere else.  Made and sewn in America with American leather and backed by our industry standard Durra-Bull adhesive.

Thickness is 4-5oz or 2.0-2.4mm(could vary ever so slightly) 

With a similar color to natural veg-tan (additional product photos included to show variation), this leather is hot stuffed with waxes and oils that exceedingly helps with the cleaning process.  These are the best hides our manufacturers have to offer, but due to the nature of genuine leather they may have minimal imperfections. 

Tip: Clean bulk of dust left over from engraving with a microfiber towel and any remainder with unscented baby wipes. We also suggest treating your leather patches to a 75/25 mixture of polyacrylic to water to keep your patches looking brand new.
