The Foam and NO-FOAM option relates to the backing material which is sandwiched between the engraving surface and the back surface of the leatherette. 

Through thorough testing we have found that this NO-FOAM version of the leatherette is the best option for adhering to beanies and other articles of clothing which may require occasional machine washing.  The leatherette with foam backing is best for use on items which will be hand-washed only.

These faux leather panels come in an array of colors to match any request your customer throws at you. Shipped ready to use these panels are backed by the industry leading thermal activated adhesive Durra-Bull.

NO-FOAM leatherette is approximately .040" / 1.02mm thick.

Panel dimensions are 12in x 24in 

For best results engrave with little to no air and clean remaining char with LA Awesome(or something similar) and a brush.

Love the NO FOAM

This product is great on unstructured hats. I like that it is thin and flexes well with the soft comfy "dad" hats. It would be great on other items like beanies, bags, and clothes.

Were typically a leather patch producer, never thought I would be a fan of "fake" leather. Customers love the leatherette, who am I to argue. Give your customer more choices....Sell more products. They cannot ask for something they don't know about.
