Our LoneStar exclusive PREMIUM leatherette™ is not only backed by an American Made adhesive, it's thicker and more reliable than typical leatherette found on the market today. Through extensive testing and manufacturing improvements, we have constructed a laser-friendly leatherette you can truly trust!
These faux leather panels come in an array of colors to match any request your customer throws at you. Shipped ready to use these panels are backed by the industry leading thermal activated adhesive Durra-Bull.
PREMIUM leatherette™ is approximately .059" / 1.5mm thick. Panel dimensions are 12in x 24in
For best results, engrave with as little air as possible, while turning it back on for the cutting phase. Clean remaining char with LA Awesome (or something similar - many use a degreaser from Harbor Freight) and an old toothbrush.

Note: LoneStar Adhesive has made every attempt to ensure that photos of our materials accurately reflect the color you will see in person. • DTF Gang Sheet orders ship separately from other items and require additional time for printing.

The quality of the patch is really nice. It has a supple leather feel. Heads up for first time buyers, The only issue i have is with the lighter colors (mainly the glow in the dark) stains terribly. I turned off my air assist, i spread a super thin layer of dish soap, i adjusted my settings and still had some staining. After my purchase I was reading on the FB group that it is best suited for UV printing. When you are in the pick 5 option it doesn’t really tell you this, you just pick colors. To see the actual info about the leatherette you have to go onto the individual product page. It’s not a deal breaker but I would have picked a different color.
