Thickness is ~1.5mm(could vary ever so slightly) and listed dimensions are true to size.
Tip: For best results, engrave with little to no air and clean remaining char with LA Awesome(or something similar) and a brush.
They were easy to engrave, the lines are clean and they look great on the hats. I followed the heat press instructions and they were easy to attach to the hats. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

Settings is Key with UV
The quality the patches is terrific. The reason I rated it at four stars is cause I bought one set of 10 and three sets of five and burned through most of them. I’m just trying to find the right setting. It would be really nice if some general settings were included give me a starting point. The best thing I know is that it’s better to go with an all silver patch and burn it to black. You get more detailed than if you start the black patch and burn it to silver or gold. But yes, the quality of patches and adhesion I’ve put it on hat. I put it on a rain jacket and a silk shirt and they stick like glue for sure.
