This dual-heated platen hat press is designed to elevate your production speed beyond comparison. In quick-draw fashion, the preheat time on this press comes in at an astounding 4–5 minutes or less.

Each platen may be independently controlled for temperature through the smart LCD controller, which is more responsive than any press we've ever put our eyes on.

As an added bonus, both Branding Iron 112 platens feature a blazing-hot maximum temperature of 410°F, helping ensure your adhesive reaches its melting point quickly and efficiently. After all, what good is a hat press if it doesn't get hot enough to work effectively?

Pressure may be adjusted manually, making constant recalibration of digital gauges a thing of days gone by.

Last, but certainly not least, this press is manufactured with safety in mind. The wide-angle opening helps prevent unintended heat injuries, while the secure hook helps prevent movement of materials during pressing.
