Introducing LoneStar’s Dual Heated Platen hat press, The Branding Iron - 112 Edition!

We've worked directly with our manufacturer to revise and custom mold the lower #2 PlatenPad to match the shape and contour of the world's most popular trucker hat, the Richardson 112. This streamlines production and ensures adequate pressure is placed on the center seam of 6-panel hats, preventing creases from slowing your workflow.

Our press NOW includes the #1 & #3 PlatenPads, as well as a partnering silicone mat that pairs with the #2 to compensate with increased pressure on each side of the center "seam."

NOTE: Our preorders allow you to claim your press before they arrive, but they are already in production. They will arrive before the stated 10-12 week timeline, but we do err on the side of caution in case there's a rapid change in the trade situation, as we have faced over the last year. This dual heated platen hat press is going to elevate your production speed beyond comparison! In quick-draw fashion, the preheat time on this press comes in at an astounding 4-5 minutes or less. Each platen may be independently controlled for temperature from the smart LCD controller, which is more responsive than any press we’ve ever put our eyes on.

As an added bonus, the Branding Iron 112 platens both have a blazing hot max temp of 410°F, which will help to ensure your adhesive reaches its melting point, and at a much faster rate as well! After all, what good is a hat press if it doesn't get hot enough to work effectively?

Pressure may be adjusted manually, making constant recalibration of digital gauges a thing of days gone by. Last, but certainly not least, this press is manufactured with safety in mind. The wide angle opening will prevent unintended heat injuries and the secure hook will prevent any movement of materials being pressed.

Your Branding Iron press comes with a standard TWO year “Backed by the Best” warranty, due to the stringent quality control measures it will undergo prior to departure for your shop. You can hang your hat on our guarantee of NO hassling or kicking the can down the road if there’s ever an issue within that timeframe. Warranty service and replacement parts will ship directly from us, as quickly as you need them.

NOTE: Original box and packing material will be required for warranty service so please make sure to keep them. Replacement packaging will incur a $75 fee!
