Introducing LoneStar’s new and improved hat press, The Branding Iron - 112 Edition!

Over the past many months, we've worked directly with our manufacturer to revise and custom mold the lower platen pad to match the shape and contour of the world's most popular trucker hat, the Richardson 112.

Features:

This dual platen hat press is going to elevate your production speed beyond comparison! In quick-draw fashion, the preheat time on this press comes in at an astounding 4-5 minutes or less. Each platen may be independently controlled for temperature from the smart LCD controller, which is more responsive than any press we’ve ever put our eyes on.

As an added bonus, the Branding Iron 112 platens both have a blazing hot max temp of 410°F, which will help to ensure your adhesive reaches its melting point, and at a much faster rate as well! After all, what good is a hat press if it doesn't get hot enough to work effectively? 🤷‍♂️

Pressure may be adjusted manually, making constant recalibration of digital gauges a thing of days gone by. Last, but certainly not least, this press is manufactured with safety in mind. The wide angle opening will prevent unintended heat injuries and the secure hook will prevent any movement of materials being pressed.

Each press comes with a standard TWO year “Backed by the Best” warranty, due to the stringent quality control measures it will undergo prior to departure for your shop. You can hang your hat on our guarantee of NO hassling or kicking the can down the road if there’s ever an issue within that timeframe. And because we know how important it is that we stay on “brand” with the excellent Texas based customer service you’ve come to love and expect, our tech support will truly set the industry standard.

Every press includes branding stickers, 1 x PressPad 1/8" x 4" x 8" foam pad, 2 x thin silicone pads, 1 pair of lint free heat press gloves, power cord, and instruction manual.

Upgrade Options (when available):

Ever had trouble aligning patches when pressing those pesky 5 panel or 7 panel hats? With our new OPTIONAL laser alignment system, you will be able to center your patches quickly and efficiently, every time!

NOTE: Original box and packing material will be required for warranty service so please make sure to keep them. Replacement packaging will incur a $75 fee!

A huge step UP!

Richardson hats is our most popular hat among customers. We previously had a "starter" press that would leave creases in the hats. The Branding Iron has completely eliminated those creases without having to modify the press at all.
