The tool includes a range of commonly used front and side patch sizes, plus U.S. flag ratio patches in multiple sizes, all clearly engraved with their dimensions for quick reference.

Each sizing piece is precisely cut and engraved on our Trotec laser equipment for clean, consistent edges and accurate sizing.

Made using LoneStar Adhesive leatherette, the same material you’re already using to make finished hat patches.

Each piece is engraved with its dimensions so you can quickly find and compare sizes while designing, making samples, or working with a customer.
