Featuring our Limousin Brown top-grain genuine leather, these patches are made in USA with thick bonded nylon thread, low profile hook & loop material, and are backed with Durra-Bull™ heat activated adhesive.
Price is for 1 pre-assembled patch.
Tip: Clean bulk of dust left over from engraving with a microfiber towel and any remainder with unscented baby wipes. We also suggest treating your patches to a 75/25 mixture of resolene to water to keep your patches looking brand new.

I bought Dura Bull leather patches for hats, but they've been very disappointing. The patches had imperfections and didn't adhere well; they either failed to stick or caused discoloration and shriveling. Given the cost of $4 per patch and the additional expense of hats, it's too costly to keep trying without success. I'm likely to stop using these patches.
Sorry to hear you are not pleased with your Durra-Bull patches! If you are coating with resolene or any other sort of leather finish, it is very important to let the patches fully dry before heat pressing. Otherwise, the excess moisture with cause the leather to shrink as you have mentioned. Please reach out to us via email so we may assist you further!
