Self-Adhering Rawhide Durra-Bull Premium Leatherette™ Sheets
Self-Adhering Rawhide Durra-Bull Premium Leatherette™ Sheets
Same rodeo, different rosin.
Saddle up and prepare to show off the engraving skills on the Premium Leatherette™ sheets you're used to, now backed by a brand new adhesive. The "rosin" on the back of the sheet is self-adhering, with no heat needed, which is perfect for placing custom branding on toolboxes, hard hats, hair clips, lunch boxes, and anything else you can't fit in a heat press. Let your imagination run wild!
Our LoneStar exclusive PREMIUM leatherette™ is not only backed by self-adhering adhesive, it's thicker and more reliable than typical leatherette found on the market today. Through extensive testing and manufacturing improvements, we have constructed a laser-friendly leatherette you can truly trust!
PREMIUM leatherette™ is approximately .059" / 1.5mm thick. Panel dimensions are 12in x 24in
For best results, engrave with as little air as possible, while turning it back on for the cutting phase. Clean remaining char with LA Awesome (or something similar - many use a degreaser from Harbor Freight) and an old toothbrush.

Note: LoneStar Adhesive has made every attempt to ensure that photos of our materials accurately reflect the color you will see in person. However, there are natural variances between all digital screens and what our human eyes perceive. If you need an exact color match, please consider first reviewing the additional product photos (when available), purchasing a sample set, or joining our Facebook group to see a multitude of examples that others have posted. We look forward to seeing what you create!
These sheets are not backed by Durra-Bull, which is our industry leading thermal activated film adhesive that you all know and love. The adhesive on the self-adhering sheets is "sticky," does not need heat to apply, and may not meet the same durability standards set by Durra-Bull. It is not recommended as a replacement option for projects where you’d like the leatherette to last longer than the substrate to which it is applied.
