(These sheets come without the foam backing so they are thinner and more suited for beanies and clothing.)
These faux leather panels come in an array of colors to match any request your customer throws at you. Shipped ready to use these panels are backed by the industry leading thermal activated adhesive Durra-Bull.
Panel dimensions are 12in x 24in
For best results engrave with little to no air and clean remaining char with LA Awesome(or something similar) and a brush.
Note: The Foam and NO-FOAM option relates to the backing material which is sandwiched between the engraving surface and the back surface of the leatherette.
Through thorough testing we have found that the NO-FOAM version of the leatherette is the best option for adhering to beanies and other articles of clothing which may require occasional machine washing. The leatherette with foam backing is best for use on items which will be hand-washed only.
• Order are currently processing in 2-3 business days, or less.
• USPS is no longer an option at checkout. We only ship UPS or DHL due to the current delays and tracking issues which have been occuring lately with USPS. Please contact us if you MUST have your package shipped USPS and are willing to accept the risk and responsbility of that shipping method.
• Custom patch orders and orders placed with others in the Maker Round-up require additional time for production. Shipping charges will apply to the items shipping from another producer.
• DTF Gang Sheet orders ship separately from other items and require additional time for printing.
• Custom items and DTF prints are not eligible for return.
• A 5% fee will be assessed for cancellation of pre-ordered items.

We are a regular customer of the Lone Star Adhesive foam and no-foam leatherette sheets. We needed a leatherette with a commercial grade adhesive back. We have tried quite a few and Lone Star's is noticeably better than all the others we tried. The no-foam is especially good on sweatshirts - allowing us a unique and higher end decoration option complimenting our embroidery and flex-emblem options.
