Introducing UV Printed Patterns on the Premium Leatherette® in the Heritage Collection from LoneStar Adhesive.
Printed with flexible UV printed ink, these sheets will carry patterns designed to help you stand out from your competitors. As one would expect, the sheets are backed by the industry leading thermal activated adhesive Durra-Bull. Create designs that will bring a touch of tradition to the durability your customers deserve!
Our LoneStar exclusive Premium Leatherette® is not only backed by an American Made adhesive, it's thicker and more reliable than typical leatherette found on the market today. Through extensive testing and manufacturing improvements, we have constructed a laser-friendly leatherette you can truly trust!
PREMIUM leatherette® is approximately .059" / 1.5mm thick. Panel dimensions are 12in x 24in & printed pattern MAY have a printing margin of UP TO 1/4" on the sheet.
For best results, engrave with as little air as possible, while turning it back on for the cutting phase. Clean remaining char with LA Awesome (or something similar - many use a degreaser from Harbor Freight) and an old toothbrush.

Note: LoneStar Adhesive has made every attempt to ensure that photos of our materials accurately reflect the color you will see in person. However, there are natural variances between all digital screens and what our human eyes perceive. If you need an exact color match, please consider first reviewing the additional product photos (when available), purchasing a sample set, or joining our Facebook group to see a multitude of examples that others have posted. • Order are currently processing in 2-3 business days, or less.
• USPS is no longer an option at checkout. We only ship UPS or DHL due to the current delays and tracking issues which have been occuring lately with USPS. Please contact us if you MUST have your package shipped USPS and are willing to accept the risk and responsbility of that shipping method.
• Custom patch orders and orders placed with others in the Maker Round-up require additional time for production. Shipping charges will apply to the items shipping from another producer.
• DTF Gang Sheet orders ship separately from other items and require additional time for printing.
• Custom items and DTF prints are not eligible for return.
• A 5% fee will be assessed for cancellation of pre-ordered items.
